Our client is a well-established, forward thinking financial services organisation, providing quality services to high-net-worth clients. Due to growth, they have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator.

The purpose of this role is to underpin all the administration functions, supporting financial advisors and clients alike. The role can be full or part time and hybrid, flexible working is offered.

Job Duties:

- Client pack preparation
- Scan internal and external post
- General administrative duties
- Data entry
- Research financial products and services
- Action and process all administrative tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
- Ensure that all information is accurate and robust within all systems and databases
- Actively work as part of the Company team
- All other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a similar role undertaking administrative duties
- Be well organised and systematic in approach to administrative functions
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent spelling and numeracy is required
