Driver Debrief

**Position: Driver Debriefer (Days) £21,528 per annum.**

**Location: Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

The role of Driver Debriefer for the MJB team would suit someone who is a positive team player with excellent attention to detail and a desire to provide an efficient and accurate service to our customers. The main duties are:

- Conduct daily debrief sessions with drivers, discussing route performance, incidents, and any issues encountered during deliveries.
- Document relevant information, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance needs, and driver feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback to drivers, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and customer service.
- Checking the accuracy of returned goods against driver paperwork.
- Manage day to day queries from customers, drivers and other internal departments.
- Dealing with customers attending site.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Downloading driver’s tachograph cards and vehicle data from tachographs as required
- Ensuring site security

**Essential Requirements**
- Conscientious, reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
- Honest, trustworthy, able to work unsupervised.
- Flexible and keen to learn and acquire new skills.
- Positive team player
- good MS office knowledge

**Hours**
- 36 hours per week
- Contract Type: Permanent (Full time)

**Shift Pattern**
- Tuesday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm
- Saturday, 05:00 to finish
