-We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Viewing Assistant to join our Residential team based in South Kensington on a casual contract. The post holder will support the busy Residential team with carrying out viewings of rental and sales properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain some experience within the lettings industry. The working hours will be vary depending on the needs of the office.

No previous experience necessary - just a passion for property and meeting new people

**Main duties**:

- Carrying out viewings of properties by appointment with potential tenants
- Occasional office cover involving:

- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries, arranging viewings etc.
- Signing out keys to contractors and other agents and ensuring their safe return to office
- Responsible for shutting down computers and other equipment at the end of the day.
- Locking up and leaving the office secure
- This job description is not exhaustive and the jobholder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.

**What will it take to be successful?**
- To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong customer service skills and a keen interest in the Residential sales and lettings. You’ll also have great written and verbal communication skills, good administrative and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You’ll be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills, IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software. Good knowledge of the local area is preferred and you may well already live in RBKC or Westminster. Driving license preferred but not essential.
