An amazing opportunity for an experienced Concierge/ Receptionist in a high-end residential building

We are looking for a Night Concierge/ Receptionist to join an amazing team in Kensington, W8. This position is full time and we would love to offer stable employment with great working conditions to a committed team player.
- Full time role
- 12-hour shifts, Night shifts, 7pm-7am
- **Full gross salary £28,850, including 5.6 weeks holidays, paid monthly in arrears**
- **Working hours **over 2 weeks: 5on/2off, 5off/2on

One week working 5 shifts and the following week working 2 shifts, an average of 42 hours per week over 2 weeks.

**Responsibilities and Daily Tasks**:

- Being responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk & Lobby
- Consistently delivering service excellence to our Residents in conjunction with the site's standards, procedures, and policies
- Keeping in view the ever-changing residents’ needs
- Greeting and assisting residents, contractors and visitors
- Multi-Skill/ Multi-Tasking is seen as an imperative

**Required skills**:

- Sharp eye for detail
- Passion for delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of IT / Office /Excel and Word
- Able to multi task and still deliver a top quality service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,850.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Concierge/Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
