**Facilities Coordinator**

Permanent, _Required ASAP_

**37 hours per week 52 weeks per year**

**Salary Grade H (£25,419 - £27,514) dependent on experience**

The main duties of the role are
- Keyholding, locking/unlocking and site security
- Assist with the implementation of Compliance including legionella, COSHH, asbestos and Fire Safety
- Responsible for reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance and undertaking regular site inspections
- Supervise Maintenance contractors whilst on site
- Supervision of School Vehicles including checks, MOT schedules and general cleanliness
- Porterage
- Acting as part of the Fire Response team
- Room preparation for meetings and external lettings
- Helping to uphold the Health & Safety of all users of the school in line with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing ancillary staff and Service provision Contractors
- Responsible for ensuring the School can function and that essential services are available

There may be some occasional weekend work required and a possibility of additional ad-hoc hours. This is a physically demanding role. We are a strong, supportive staff team, committed to high standards of delivery. You will be provided with training in all areas necessary.
