Hours**:0 Bank Hours - DAYS ONLY - No Night shifts and Limited weekend shifts.**

Meridian Walk is a registered Care Home and provides accommodation and care for up to six people with complex **learning and physical disabilities**. Staff provides person - centred care and support that are tailored to the individual needs.

**Our Care Support Worker’s duties will be**:

- Providing social and emotional support, either at home and/or in their local community
- Supporting residents with their personal care including personal hygiene needs if required
- Support with their shopping and assisting with budgeting
- Building/maintaining relationship with friends and family of our residents
- Household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry
- Going out for walks, meals and other activities that supported individuals may want to experience

Our Learning Disability services can provide care and support for people with a range of complex and specialist needs. We provide person centred services using a range of support approaches such as Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support to help peoplegain skills and increase their independence.
