We are looking for a Full Time/Part Time, Customer Service advisor to join the Greene King Customer Team based at Trafford Park, on a 12 month fixed term contract. Managing a diverse workload, the team provide exceptional customer service to the Greene King contract. The team is the central point of contact for all enquiries from both internal and external customers.
This position on an any 5 from 7 shift rotation (including Sundays) which will come to 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days holiday pay (inclusive of bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Daily contact with customers and suppliers to arrange bookings and service requests
- Liaising with Green King colleagues across all parts of the business
- Deliver excellent customer service as part of all tasks
- General administrative tasks and duties

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- A desire to work in a customer-facing role and provide excellent service
- Comprehensive computer skills - including Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess excellent people skills and be a team player
