**Location: Trafford Park, Manchester**

**Hours**: 40 hrs per week to be worked flexibly from 8am until 6pm, Mon to Fri

Our client is a thriving electricals sourcing and retail business who are looking to enhance their Customer Service team with the addition of three new Customer Service Advisors. Experiencing an increase in turnover of £22 million in the last seven years, the business is going through a rapid period of growth and are looking for more ambitious, motivated and passionate colleagues to enhance their team, following a recent acquisition.

**Your main roles and responsibilities**:
Reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager, your role will be to deliver excellent customer service and responding to customer enquires by:

- Promoting customer service excellence, ensuring customer care is delivered at the highest standard
- Dealing with customer calls and enquiries over the phone
- Answering product specific queries
- Taking ownership of individual enquiries and customer requests
- Ability to meet agreed quality and performance targets
- Demonstrate positive behaviours and promote a professional culture within the team
- Maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services
- Experience in Customer Service roles
- Exposure to electrical appliances and/or electrical items
- Excellent telephone manner and commitment to service excellence
- The ability to work proactively and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence when dealing with all types of customers
- Ambition and drive to progress and succeed within the business
