**Your mission**:
FMI currently have an opening for capable and motivated Call Centre Agent to join our busy Belfast office team on a full-time basis

**The Role**:

- Make outbound calls to new customers to facilitate the switchover process to Keypad Meter.
- Carry out Quality Calls.
- Carry out Retention Calls.
- Provide Office Admin Support
- Represent a leading energy solutions provider.
- Ensure a high quality of customer service
- Staggered Shifts Monday
- Friday.

**Your profile**:

- Customer service orientated individual.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Strong communicator.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good team player.

**The Package**:

- £21,673.60 per annum.
- Genuine Career Progression.
- FTC with a possibility to extend
