You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll be:CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR Managing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Providing support on contract renewals, upgrades, and general queries Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Collaborating with team members to share best practices Recommending products and services that genuinely help customers WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOREssential: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Empathetic, patient, and professional under pressure Comfortable working with technology and multiple systems Desirable: Customer service or contact centre experience (not essential) Experience in telecommunications or utilities sectors WORKING PATTERN: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR40 hours per week | 5 days on-site | Shifts between 8am-10pm (Mon-Sun) | Rotas provided 1 month ahead READY TO START YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CAREER?Apply now with your CV or contact Red Dot Search to discuss this Customer Service Advisor opportunity.
