Office Administrator

Mercia Utility Services requires a confident individual who wants to make a difference to a small but growing company. We require an administrator to undertake reporting duties, manage logistics, look for patterns and coordinate to help bring all aspects of the business together and other ad-hoc tasks throughout the day.
Key focus will be on helping to manage the remote field activities and lone workers. Great communication and ability to think on your feet is required. The ability to put routes together, recruit and on board new field team members, chase work that is overdue, negotiate rates of pay and analyse statistics and work trends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Build relationships with lone field workers, clients and subcontractors (excellent communication skills required)
- Excellent attention for detail to manage planning, scheduling and amending of booked work
- Willing to learn new skills and be adaptable in your role
- Data entry, monitoring and reporting
- Microsoft excel knowledge is pivotal in the role due to our systems and processes
- Confidence in own ability and offering suggestions to improve processes
