**Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for an Events & Engagement Manager to join the growing Marketing team on a 9 months FTC**

**Location: Southport/ Manchester/Hybrid**

**?Main Responsibilities**:
**Events**

Work with stakeholders across the business to help run (run = plan, organise and execute) all Fletchers internal events:

- Plan: Organise and attend meetings to plan events, seek ideas through workshops, identify and be the central point for all stakeholders during the planning stage, agree the plan including venue, content, date.
- Organise: Project manage the events to bring the plan to life and ensure it is delivered on time and in full for a successful event. Continue to organise and attend event meetings through to the event itself and continue to be the central liaison duringthe organisation phase.
- Execute: Ensure the event itself goes smoothly and achieves its potential. Last minute issues, organisation on the day, continuing to be the central point to bring the event through to a really positive conclusion.

**Engagement**

Be the conduit between marketing, people, and the senior team to help drive engagement with our colleagues across the business. This will include (not exhaustive):

- Leading on a series of engagement topics where you can help us bring to life our values and people proposition.
- Provide energy, leadership, guidance, and structure to the social committee to bring about engaging and fun ways for colleagues to socialise (both physically and remotely)
- Run internal events that bring to life key messages as part of our wider internal comms strategy.
- Find fun ways to bring people together socially outside of the annual marquee events across each office location.
- Find ways to bring to life the important work that we do within our physical workspaces.

Help support other teams deliver engagement on topics where they are the content, including the following:

- Work with the comms team to help them deploy key messages (monthly, adhoc) both around the office and in our virtual spaces.
- Work with the people team and selected Fletcherians to ensure they feel engaged in our workspace and our social calendar, allowing them to provide feedback as well as ideas for how we can improve what we do to become a truly engaging workplace.
