PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:
The purpose of the construction administrator’s role is to effectively support the construction team operations and estimating functions by efficient management of project procurement, management system operation, pricing support and general project admin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1:
To manage, monitor and report all construction works by:

- Manage all construction procurement with our supply chain to ensure efficient service, best price and build strong relationships.
- Run the day-to-day project admin via the new software management system to ensure efficient input of data and output of reports.
- Monitoring, recording and reporting client & supply chain performance and praise, criticism and non-conformance logs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2:
To enable the smooth execution of construction projects by:

- Sourcing and purchasing materials from the right supplier, on time and to budget.
- Ensuring that the relevant team has the latest and most up to date information including collating site team files.
- Monitoring and communicating change in project operations to appropriate staff to allow for timely decision making / action.
- Booking in employee inductions and plant/materials etc for delivery using client collaboration portals when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3:
To help with winning new works by:

- Support our Estimator with pricing requests, plan take offs, client PPQ input and tender reporting.
- Offering the best tender, every time to our clients.
- Using and being trained in latest tendering technologies.
- Create and update a database of historic costs via the new software management system.
- Knowing the landscape industry inside out, attending trade shows and industry events to avail yourself of latest products / tools to aid tendering and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 4:
To provide the Senior Management Team with comprehensive, timely and accurate reporting and analysis and wider business admin support when required:

- Ensuring KPI’s are accurate and timely reported each week.
- Inputting relevant data and generating summary reports on construction project financial and supplier information.
- Assisting with wider business admin eg ISO accreditation, new process / system implementation etc.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
