Acre Landscapes Limited is an award-winning landscape construction and maintenance company based in Southwick, West Sussex. We construct and maintain the highest profile landscape projects across the South and South East of England. This is a key role within the construction team, where you will not only be involved in supporting the construction operations side of the business with key coordination and administration but you will also be closely supporting our estimating team to win new tenders. It is a great opportunity to grow and develop this varied and interesting role within a successful business that has ambitious plans for the future.
We are looking for a highly organised, multi-skilled, confident and passionate individual who wants to make a long-term investment into this position to support our construction team to excel and will embrace the opportunities presented to them.
Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager and working closely with the operations management team and project estimator to provide project administrative support, procurement management, document control and estimating support to ensure the smooth running of the construction department day to day functions.
The main responsibilities of the role include
- Procurement management
- Contract/project administration
- Supply chain relationship management
- Team Process/system support including file management
- Estimating support - pricing, tenders and new leads.
- Document control - project compliance (internal and external)
- Updating construction team accreditations including
- ConstructionLine, CHAS, Safecontractor etc.
- Supply chain portal / opportunities monitoring
It is essential that the applicant has 2 years minimum experience in a related admin role, ideally with some experience operating within the landscape/construction industry.
Salary is £28,000.00 to £33,000.00 based on a 40 hour week.
