**Our Client**:
We are working with a global Investment Bank in the search for a Deputy MLRO to join their London based team.

The successful individual will provide direct support & assistance to the MLRO, across a wide variety of activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of Financial Crime professionals on a day-to-day basis
- Deal with all Financial Crime areas: AML / CTF / ABC / Fraud / KYC / Sanctions
- Improve polices, frameworks and reporting for the division
- Work with the MLRO and represent Financial Crime with Exco
- Guide the team through a period of improvement and change

**The Requirements**:

- Previously MLRO or DMLRO experience within a similar business
- Experience of Investment Banking / Broking / Capital Markets is essential
- Demonstrable people management experience
- Good knowledge of all applicable banking laws and regulations
- Ability to interact with C-suite on a regular basis
