**Job Title**: Consumer Inside Sales

**Salary**: £20,800 - £22,880 DOE per annum
**Role Purpose**:The primary purpose of the Consumer Inside Sales role, is to ensure that all existing or potential customers of Wildanet are communicated with, and provided with, all relevant information related to their enquiry, to close sales and increase our customer base and maintain a high level of profitable revenue, whilst providing an excellent level of service for all customers and Teams in Wildanet.
**Main Responsibilities**:
The Consumer Inside Sales role holder is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Inbound enquiries - process all leads and where applicable contact potential customers to close a sale or provide information that may lead to a future sale
- Manage the lead process in line with requirements of the Sales Team
- Manage retention contact - Have access to specific pricing to retain customers that may be considering leaving
- Manage contract renewal programme
- Complete Desk Top surveys for e commerce sales
- Reporting - As required to show Sales Team activity and as directed by Line Manager
- Where required be part of projects that help achieve Team goals - The role holder will support Wildanet objectives, for example, external community events, Field Sales activity, and any other activity that furthers the drive to gain, grow and maintain profitable revenue

**Essential Person Specification**:
**Knowledge:
Basic IT Knowledge, Internet, and Social Networking understanding. Telecommunications experience is desirable.
**Skills / Attributes**:
- Must have strong sales experience and be passionate about sales, with a desire to exceed all sales target set
- Excellent computer skills, ability to multitask using multiple systems
- Good telephone manner with an ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Able to deal with different customer concerns, questions and objections ensuring that all interactions result in a positive experience for the customer regardless of the outcome of the contact
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Customer / team centric
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to take on tasks and complete in a timely manner and deliver as expected.
**Qualifications**:
Good level of education, including literacy and numeracy skills.
**Experience**:
Previous Sales experience Direct or In-Direct.
**Circumstances**:
Normal office hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - Hybrid working available.
Individuals will have to be resilient, with strong active listening skills. Although the role is largely desk based there will be a requirement for the individual to support field work and interact directly with existing and potential customers’. This may include weekend and evening working.
