Regional Tenant Relationship Manager Facilities

We are currently working with a growing Healthcare organisation who are looking to appoint Regional Tenant Relationship Managers to work with their customers and ensure they are satisfied and receiving the services they require. This is organisation managehealthcare properties and lease out the space so the successful Regional Tenant Relationship Managers will require a Facilities/Property Management background and qualifications. As this is a regional role applicants must drive with access to their own vehicles.
Regional Tenant Relationship Managers core responsibilities include:
- Conduct regular meetings with local systems and customers
- Accountable for delivering an excellent customer experience and continually increasing the measured satisfaction
- Responsible for working closely with credit control and customer services to ensure that any issues affecting prompt payment are resolved or escalated to Senior Regional Customer Relationship Manager
- Responsible for ensuring correct customer invoicing, resolving any issues or queries, and escalating to appropriate contact
- Accountable for ensuring any issues affecting occupancies being documented are resolved or escalated as appropriate.
- Responsible for ensuring that all system stakeholders have full knowledge of all void and vacant space across the local property portfolio.
- Provide feedback or data gathering for surveys
- Ensure timely reports are sent to local customers
- Oversee building improvement matters and escalate to the appropriate contact
- Responsible for innovation and best practice for the utility of the portfolio and its customers
- Oversee minor works requests, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring any issues or queries are escalated in a timely manner to appropriate contact
- Responsible for ensuring site management items such as fire evacuation drills, building compliance checks, H&S reports and site audits are available to end users.
- Support with monitoring budgets to do with new developments based on the needs of customers and assisting in the reduction of aged debts and prompt payments through resolving tenant issues which could lead to non-payments.
Successful Regional Tenant Relationship Managers will have previous experience within healthcare, in managing customer expectations and in building strong working relationships with stake holders. Facilities/Property management qualifications such as IOSHand IWFM Level 4 or above as well as Soft FM contract management experience are also required for this role.
For this the client look to pay their Regional Tenant Relationship Managers up to £53,000 per annum plus benefits package.
