We are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking to add a **Trainee Recruitment Consultant**to our _East Midlands Tuition_ team.

Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energetic team of 3, based in Nottingham City. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new journey

**The Role**

Your Mission, Should you Choose to Accept it, will be to:

- Co-ordinate tuition referrals for Looked After Children and SEND children with no current school place
- Recruit specialist Tutors who are highly experienced in delivering engaging education sessions
- Build close professional relationships with Local Authority teams across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire
- Follow safeguarding policies and processes efficiently
- Business Development of Local Authority teams
- Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with key decision makers
- Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives
