**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000

**Summary**:
This London based distribution company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to manage and develop a Customer Service team to improve logistics solutions and service for their bonded customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set and manage challenging KPis to track and improve performance
- Manage a highly functioning Customer Services team (phones queries, order processing, issue resolution)
- Manage team budgets and expenditure
- Identify opportunities and execute improvements through technology and automation
- Devise training plans and conduct regular one to ones with the Customer Service team.
- Produce clear and concise reporting documentation

Key Skills/Experience:

- Customer Service experience
- People management skills
- Excel reporting, creation and analysis of KPI's and dashboards
- Previous experience from the distribution/fulfilment sector
- Proven experience of making a tangible improvement to team (e.g., restructure, KPI improvement)
- Led transformation project (ideally involving IT)
- Consumer goods distribution experience
- Working with 3PLs, warehouses, and internal logistics teams
- Working with large group of sales reps
