We are looking for a proactive and flexible administrator to help achieve our vision for better access to dedicated mental health support in local community settings.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, forward-thinking, has plenty of enthusiasm and motivation, and works well in a team. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Oxford Health is excited to be improving access to mental health support across Oxfordshire through the introduction of community multi-disciplinary mental health support hubs. Making it easier for patients to obtain the help they need, when they need it, within their community.
This role needs someone who is passionate about innovative integrated ways of working and a partnership approach to caring for people in need of mental health support.
We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the team manager get each hub team set up and established; with the rare opportunity to shape your role from day one.
