We are now looking for a Leadership Administrator to positively impact visitor and colleague experience through supporting with the day-to-day administrative tasks involved in managing reception activities as well as actively assisting with tasks allocated from the Leadership team.

**Position**:
**The main duties within the role consist of**:
Greet customers, suppliers and other visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner

Preparation of documents for meetings

Proactively manage and book appropriate travel and accommodation for internal colleagues, customer and supplier visits including detailed travel itineraries where required

Make all necessary arrangements for customer and supplier visit to Emplas site including communications, catering, room preparation and on the day hosting

Ensure reception area and meetings rooms are inspected, kept tidy and returned to original state following meetings and report any issues

Arrange courier services and coordinate collections and deliveries

Collate, format and distribute the monthly Board Reports

Take delivery of packages, contacting the appropriate person or department upon receipt

Assist with facilitation of office maintenance processes, including fire drills, engineers, heating/air con servicing etc.

Managing meeting room calendars

Support projects that may arise as requested

To complete such clerical duties, telephone calls and administrative tasks as may be reasonably expected whilst working in this role

Complete expense claims for Group MD and MD

Assist with Company wide events such as the Christmas party, Family fun day, customer events, training sessions etc.

**Requirements**:
The attributes we are looking for;
- Professional in both attitude and appearance
- 2 years + Administration and or PA experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound administration and customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and social skills
- Confident, friendly and helpful personality
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills
- Thorough approach to work and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient typing/keyboard skills
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- High degree of integrity with a flexible attitude
- Must be able to work proactively and on own initiative Ability to remain calm and consistent under pressure
- A passion for making a positive difference, with integrity, teamwork, determination, excellence and pride

**Other information**:

**Salary**: £26,00 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
