**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Opportunity**
- Year 1 £35,000 OTE, Year 2 £55,000 OTE, Year 3 £80,000+ OTE
- Develop your market knowledge, become an expert in our clients’ markets and be able to specialise in consultancy.
- Driving towards your own sales and targets Driving towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, opportunities to have multiple promotions within your first year.
- Self-Motivated and Money Driven: recruitment is a meritocratic industry where you must push yourself to succeed.
- Strong academic history, including a preferred 2:1 or above degree or preferred business to business sales experience (not a requirement)
- Extra-curricular and sport experience at a competitive level
- Work experience alongside studies or evidence of money driven work experience
- A positive, fun, and open to learn individual who wants to push themselves into their next challenge

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Culture and Benefits**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: £23,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
