**Position summary**:
This role is hybrid based in our client's International HQ in Paddington, London and travel of 20-30% may be required for country visits and training sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for implementing Customer Account Management strategic core processes through CRM.
- Leads all end to end processes within CRM.
- Responsible for prioritizing CRM improvements based on business priorities and user (Field team) feedback.
- Responsible for developing user stories, acceptance criteria and ordering of product backlog.
- Sitting member of the CRM development team, responsible for sprint planning and sprint review discussions.
- Aligns business priority decisions with IT, cross-functional teams across the business.
- Supports design and implementation of field teams effectiveness metrics / KPIs and dashboards in collaboration with business and cross functional teams.
- Supports the design and execution of field team sizing and territory distribution.
- Supports the adoption of commercial field capabilities development across international.
- Maintain effective execution communication to ensure alignment works with other Commercial Business operations managers.

**Education, Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related discipline with relevant experience in equivalent role.
- Extensive sales / marketing commercial operations experience in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant related experience in designing and implementing CRM processes (salesforce).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Extensive direct experience with pharmaceutical data sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability and desire to understand the product needs of the future and influence all stakeholders to prioritize them.
- Strong understanding of Web & Mobile CRM platforms (Veeva).
- Attention to detail and committed follow-through in communications to stakeholders.
- Pro-actively identifies issues and solves them.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; focus on multi-tasking and self-prioritized workload.
- Ability to work cross functionally and build relationships in a matrix and global organisation.
- Strategic mindset with strong focus on execution.
- Scientific aptitude and working knowledge of specialty or rare disease therapies area.
- Good familiarity with Patient Support processes.
