**Key responsibilities**:
In this **Economics Lecturer** role, your responsibilities will include:
**To plan and prepare effective schemes of learning and lessons**:
**To teach engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and involve students and ensure outstanding student attainment**:
**To use regular assessments to monitor progress and set targets**:
**To respond accordingly to the results of such monitoring to differentiate intervention**:
**To maintain regular and productive communication with parents, to report on progress, sanctions and achievements**:
**To promote reading and teach literacy skills.**:
**Skills & experience**:

- Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service
- Teaching Qualification
- Degree In related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong multitasking skills.
