QA Operative

**We are looking for a proactive and experienced QA Operative to join our Quality Team at our Bourne site.**

In this role you will be required to work across all areas of our business, working multi functionally within Home Delivery, Intake Assessment, Production Inspection, Shelf Life Test Room and Label Printroom, whilst following set procedures to ensure that product entering and leaving site meets or exceeds the standards expected by our Customers.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Good working knowledge of horticulture manufacturing
- Good knowledge of quality and performance of plants and diseases
- Previously held a QA or QC position
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Keen eye for detail
- Be conscientious
- Good computer skills
- The ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Full driving licence and own transport essential

This role will require flexibility to working hours / days, but will be based on a core shift pattern, working 40 hours each week, which will include weekend working.

**Salary**: £11.40 per hour
