**About the Role**
As a Collections Advisor, you will engage with our customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls and written communication, to help support those who have fallen behind with their account payments. Demonstrating your great experience and skills, you willengage and work with our clients to effectively understand the extent of their financial situation and then agree the most appropriate solution from a range of options available.
**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and key stakeholders
- Passionate about great CS with an empathetic attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**We’re looking for strong experience to help support our customers, as a Customer Recovery Advisor you will have previous experience in**:

- Working within a contact centre environment is essential
- Working within a regulated financial services environment essential
- Working within a Customer Recovery and or Sales environment within a busy contact centre

- A rotational shift pattern covering Monday to Sunday 8am till 8pm
