Title: Customer Recovery Advisor
Type: Permanent/Full time
Hours: 36.17 - 30 minute break, Early finish in the week.
Shifts: Monday to Friday working a week of 10:30am till 6:30pm and then a week of 9am till 5pm

**Salary**: £20,000 per annum plus an achievable bonus
About the role:

- Speaking to customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Communication, to help support those who have fallen behind with their account payments.
- Demonstrating your customer service and communication skills, you will engage and work with our customers.
- Effectively understand the extent of their financial situation and then agree the most appropriate solution from a range of options available.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and key stake holders across the business
- Passionate about great customer service with an empathetic attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dealing with some inbound and some outbound calls for early arrears
- Open to experience/background
