**The Role**

As a Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experience at every turn. From motivating staff on the poolside to ensuring the smooth running of the sports hall and fitness studios, your leadership will set the tone for the whole centre.

- Actively monitor staffing levels, arranging cover when needed, and managing rotas efficiently.
- Be visible and approachable—tour the facility regularly to check standards, support staff, and address issues promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries that require managerial input, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to address maintenance needs.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
- Serve as a main key holder, including opening/closing duties and emergency call-outs.

- Flexible and adaptable—able to work earlies, evenings, weekends (one in four), and bank holidays.
- Willing to relocate to or already living in the area.

**Why Join Us?**
- Be part of a friendly, professional team
- Play a key role in shaping a positive, customer-first culture.
- Opportunities for training and career development.
- Generous holiday allowance (26 days plus 8 bank holidays)and membership in an excellent local authority pension scheme
- Enjoy the lifestyle of Pembrokeshire’s spectacular coastline.

**The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a leisure complex and will hold a relevant Life Saving qualification (NPLQ or equivalent).**
