**THE ROLE**
- Support the HR team to administer HR documentation and work with confidentiality and discretion always.
- Assist in the maintenance of hard copy and electronic personnel records, filing routine documentation as directed.
- Maintain personal records on the ScholarPack MIS, ensuring accuracy of information
- Support with group inductions ensuring documentation is available and information disseminated.
- Produce a range of documents from a variety of sources, using various software packages (e.g. Teams, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word, PowerPoint).
- Answers standard enquiries by telephone or in person, giving and resolving non-complex queries within areas of responsibility.
- Operation of office equipment, e.g. telephone, photocopier and more.
- Input information into database (e.g. ScholarPack MIS) and/or spreadsheets, extract information as directed.
- Offer support in setting up rooms and providing and organising refreshments for meetings.
- Provide information to colleagues, management team and the wider trust community as requested.
- Be prepared to undertake professional development and training including whole school inset and statutory training specific to role and Safeguarding requirements.

**The hours are 8am-4pm with some flexibility and the opportunity for hybrid working.**

**TRAINING PROVIDED**

The Business Administrator Standard aims to equip individuals with highly transferable knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied across many different sectors. In addition to this, business administrators will develop the necessary behaviours and workplace experience to support their progression towards management responsibilities.

It takes approximately 18 months to complete the apprenticeship and you will receive a blended method of learning including Tutor Coach visits, remote learning and attending online workshops, working towards achieving nationally recognised qualifications in:

- Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

**WORKING WEEK**
The apprentice is contracted for 52 weeks p/a, Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. 37 hours p/w in total.
