**IT Trainer Role - London
- 4 Month Contract inside IR35**

This IT Trainer role is a Hybrid position - There will be occasional need to travel into a London office when the business dictates.

A Global Legal company is looking for an IT Trainer to join an existing and growing team to assist on the development of existing course and the implementation and creation of new Training courses as well as the delivery of these courses.

Key duties and experience the IT Trainer will require:

- Ideally having worked in the Legal space as an IT Trainer
- Proven experience in covering the IT Trainer training lifecycle from Course creation to floorwalking and supporting users
- Provide high quality training to new starters & existing staff on an ad hoc, scheduled and rollout basis via a variety of methods including: instructor led, 1-2-1 coaching & remote/online training
- Provide flexible learning to all departments, offices and levels that meets predetermined needs
- Develop and maintain quality training materials including online resources to support the t projects and day to day training requirements
- Experience and knowledge of:

- Practice Management Systems (ideally Elite 3e)
- Document Management Systems (ideally iManage)
- Client Relationship Management systems
- Microsoft Teams
- Ability to design and create training materials with an understanding of instructional design and best practice
- Experience working in large/Globe project teams to deliver training
- Previous experience developing eLearning material
- Ideally E-learning/instructional video creation using Camtasia or similar
- Happy to deliver both remote and classroom-based training

Ideally, this IT Trainer will be happy to travel to a London or Glasgow office, however they will consider a fully remote role for the right IT Trainer.
