**Role Overview**
As the Logistics Analyst, you will provide finance support to the key stakeholders within the Logistics function whilst working closely with the Logistics Business Partner. You will be part of the Logistics team within Commercial Finance, whose remit includessupporting the financial requirements associated to the running of the main distribution centres for the business & also the rapid fulfilment centres (RFC’s). As part of your role, you will perform monthly duties to support the month end close, but also producea weekly flash report which is key in providing insight to the Logistics management team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Weekly flash reporting - compilation of data, analysis and reporting for the Logistics function
- Provide support to the Logistics Business Partner to facilitate a prompt and accurate month end close - reclassing/accruals/prepayments
- Preparation of data to support the forecasting/budgeting process
- Income trackers and associated invoicing
- Support with finance reporting on the RFCs
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis, creating new and innovative analysis to help the business focus on performance and delivering financial objectives
**Key And Desired Skills**
- Attention to detail (vital)
- Experience in forecasting / planning
- Creating effective working relationships, both with finance and non-finance colleagues
- Manipulating and analysing large amounts of data
- Approachable with the ability to adapt easily to different situations
- Comfortable building strong working relationships
