We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance/Tester for our growing eCommerce function. We are seeing significant online and multi-channel growth and as such, are looking to re-platform to a bespoke E-commerce product along with various other supplementaryproducts to align to business needs. **The role**
- You will be testing a number of complex front and backend systems, providing a key QA/test strategy which will involve Manual and Automation testing
- Define test plans, specifications, suites, and cases, as well as utilize automated tools for various test stages.
- Agree testing scope, requirements, test entry and exit criteria for key initiatives
- Manage testing execution, including co-ordination of appropriately skilled resource and mobilization of teams to resolve testing issues as needed
- Test a number of complex front and backend systems including networks and system performance
- Liaising with business stake holders, development teams, business analysts and project managers
- Produce reports and documentation to keep stakeholders and management up to date
- Contribute to the overall web/E-commerce based product, suggesting improvements to the product and overall development and testing process

**Required skill and experience**
- Experience in Automation and Manual testing, defining test plans, creating test scripts and performing test executions
- Ability to identify positive and negative test scenarios to ensure system meets requirements.
- Experience of tools such as JIRA for Defect Management and Test Cases
- Strong Agile Project Management
- Experience facilitating prioritization of business requirements with senior stakeholders
