**Salary**:To £25,000pa

**The Role**:
My well established, successful client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Sales Team. This is a varied and important role within the company and needs a focussed multi tasker who can work to every changing priorities.
- Provide quotes and advise on delivery timescales
- To provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers in relation to products and parts.
- Take sales orders from customers and maximise the sales with related components accessories.
- Process incoming sales orders
- Provide support the field-based sales representatives
- Following up quotations where required
- Negotiate pricing terms

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous sales administration experience with ability to upsell
- Ability to work with a very comprehensive product list
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Pc literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Good numeracy skills in order to calculate correct pricing of products and parts
