We are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
**The Benefits**:

- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience

**The Role**
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide key support to our sales operations in the UK.
Specifically, you will work with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to co-ordinate quotes and provide admin support to their sales activities.
Increasing the Sales Team’s effectiveness, you will assist with account management tasks and increase onboarding speed. You will ensure that field representatives have everything they need to attend meetings, collate feedback and enable follow-up activities.
Additionally, you will:

- Oversee preparations for presentations
- Make travel arrangements for BDMs and field sales staff
- Conduct customer price reviews
- Maintain literature, sample and stationary stocks
- Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up any actions raised
**About You**
To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:

- Experience of providing continuous administrative support for sales personnel
- The ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
- Experience with issues prioritisation, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook and other business systems
