**What will your new role entail?**
- Coordinating daily deliveries using DMS and Webfleet systems, ensuring smooth and timely dispatch
- Supporting drivers and customers by managing routes, updates, and resolving delivery issues
- Maintaining safety and compliance across Health & Safety systems, vehicle checks, and driver operations
- Assisting with yard operations including picking, loading, unloading and stock control

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Experience in transport, logistics, or driving (great opportunity for a driver who wants to move off the road).
- Strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident using computers and happy to learn new systems (training given on DMS and Webfleet).
- Strong communicator - able to talk to drivers, customers, and the wider branch team.
- Problem solver who can think on their feet.
- Knowledge of local routes (desirable).
