ICT Infrastructure Engineer


Salary - Circa £38,500
Permanent

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our ICT team who will be primarily responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line ICT support, providing efficient problem resolution, advice, and support to colleagues acrossthe business, supporting the ICT infrastructure, ICT Security and the ICT operations ensuring the ICT infrastructure is reliable secure and available.

The post holder will have enhanced support skills and will lead in the testing, development and continuous improvement of operational procedures relating to the delivery of ICT Services.

They will ensure that service levels are achieved and/or take appropriate actions to resolve or escalate any problems/incidents that arise and ensure senior managers and stakeholders are kept informed of any extensive breaks in service.
