We are currently seeking a part-time delivery driver to join our team. Our company has been in operation for over 20 years and has established itself as the leading supplier of pet food products to convenience stores in Essex and neighbouring counties. As a delivery driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of our products to our valued customers.

The position is for 4 days per week initially, with the potential to extend this to a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- To create orders that replenish our customers shops with the required amount of our products.
- To look to maximise those orders in order to drive both, their sales and ours, and in turn, your salary by way of commission.
- To display our goods in a neat and attractive way to facilitate the above.
- To deliver the service in a friendly and helpful manner, to maintain our reputation of great customer service.
- Safely and efficiently operate a 3.5-tonne Luton body van to deliver pet food products to convenience stores in the designated areas.
- Adhere to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle.
- Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills for the role.
- Valid driving licence with a maximum of 3 points.
- Previous experience with a 3.5tonne Luton body van is desirable, but not essential.
- A reliable and responsible individual with good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and our team.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving packages during the delivery process.
- Flexibility to work additional days or hours as required to cover staff holidays and sickness.
