**The Craft Drink Co** is a growing specialist drinks distribution business based in Bourton in the Water, in the North Cotswolds, serving and supplying retail and hospitality businesses with a portfolio of exceptional drinks.

We are searching for **Delivery Drivers **to join our exceptional team. You’ll be a hard-working, hands-on person capable of working both independently and within a team, involving loading customer orders, driving and making deliveries and providing a personable and professional customer service to our trade customers.

Our team of drivers are considered 'excellent' or 'good' by over 97% of our customers. Consequently, we select people with high standards of presentation and customer service.

The role is a physical one and involves lifting. It is a full time role offering the opportunity to work around 40 hours in 4 days, or around 50 hours over a full working week. There is rarely any weekend work.

Remuneration includes an hourly rate of pay, up to 29 days annual holiday allowance for a full time role (pro rata for PT) and a staff discount on our drinks catalogue. Overall, you'll be a part of a strong and supportive team and made to feel very welcome and valued from outset.

Based in The Cotswolds, we deliver to over 1000 customers through our own vans across a sizeable region of Central England, and increasingly further by pallet and courier.

We are a strong team unit of over 20 people across a range of disciplines including sales, customer service, purchasing, marketing, finance, warehousing and logistics.
