Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our company, based in Malton, North Yorkshire, has built an excellent reputation over the last 25 years. Today, our chefs, working in partnership with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.

As **Head of Technical**, you will join Pro-Pak’s senior management team and will have reporting lines to site MD and Group Head of Technical ESG.. You will provide key stakeholders directional support in technical matters and make sure required technical standards are met throughout our supply chain.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who can also mentor and coach their team.

This role would suit an existing Head of Technical looking for a new challenge.

**Who we are looking for**:
Essential qualifications: BSc/HND - Food Science/Food Technology previously managed a team

Desirable - Min level 3 HACCP, Level 4 Food Safety, TACCP, Auditing, Train the Trainer experience
- Chilled/Ambient Ready Meal Manufacturing
- Chilled Food Microbiology
- TACCP/VACCP
- Thermal Processing
- Team player (essential)
