Reporting directly to the Operations Director you will be working towards designing and implementing a technical strategy to ensure high levels of quality are achieved as the we prepare the road map from BRCintermidiate. The key focus of this role is toensure the technical function delivers a culture of excellence in food quality - knowing what good looks like with a keen eye for detail coupled with a passion that engages and excites the people you work with. This is a branded business and so consistentand high technical standards are a must. This is an entrepreneurial values based business and as such you will have the freedom to make your own decisions and the flexibility to make these happen, someone who understands that with risk comes rewards will thrive.

The business is based across multiple units & to help us on our journey we are looking for a commercially astute technical champion to head up the technical team. An innovative individual with proven technical experience gained within a chilled food environmentyou will be a natural leader who is customer focussed with the ability to translate the company vision into clear ambitions for your team as well as driving cultural change. It is essential you are able to work at pace with resilience and confidence to challenge,ensuring the business meets all of its quality standards.
