**About the Job**:Ridley Villas is losing their Family Support Worker who focuses on Group Work and Courses to retirement and we are now looking for an extra-special someone to fill that gap in the Family Support Worker Team. Ridley Villas is a psychologically informed accommodation service for women in recovery from addiction and their children, where there is a risk of the child/children going into care. Ridley Villas works in close partnership with Children’s Social Care, supporting families to work through a programme of support whilst they recover together, and maintain living as a family. This Family Support Worker position will focus on Group Work and Courses within the project and is an exciting opportunity to provide intensive support to families to shape their recovery, healing and sense of belonging. Working within an existing Family Support Worker team, you will establish a **meaningful and purposeful timetable**for the mums and children at Ridley Villas, ensuring that families are encouraged to attend and get the most our of their placement at Ridley Villas.
- **_ There is an on-call function for out of hours that all Family Support Workers undertake on a rota basis_**:

- **_ The service is open 365 days a year meaning the staff will work some Bank Holidays and Public Holidays such as Easter and Christmas_**:

- **_ The rota will include 1 in 4 weekends (with time off given in the week) with the following shift pattern:_**

Mon 1-9

Tues 9-5

Weds 5-9

Thursday 5-9

Fri 1-9

**Week Two**

Mon 1-9
