**Salary from £31,960 to £36,705 pa with potential to progress to £39,432 pa inclusive of London allowance**

**This is an exciting an opportunity to join a hardworking, dedicated and a highly collaborative EDI team.**
The role sits within the Equity Diversity & Inclusion Unit responsible for ensuring compliance with equalities legislation and the School’s own policies, procedures and processes. The team is tasked with advising and influencing specifically on best practice in equalities, as well as mainstreaming equality and inclusiveness throughout all practices and functions.
In this role the postholder will:
- Report to the Head of EDI.
- Be a key member of the EDI team and to provide the central administration support
- Be the central contact point for general advice and guidance on EDI related matters
particularly around equality impact assessments (EIAs)
- Have an opportunity to support and co-ordinate the EDI team’s projects
- Strive to mainstream equity and inclusiveness throughout all practices and functions.
- Have the ability to work independently and to be an active team player with a positive approach to work
- Have drive, enthusiasm and strong personal commitment to equality, diversity and inclusivity
- Have proven ability to liaise with key departments to obtain timely and relevant information Have effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Be a proficient user of the full Microsoft Office suite and of digital media platforms
