Better Mobility is looking for a parts/service advisor to join our office team in Chesham. We work with the healthcare industry, so you would be dealing with parts, repairs and servicing bookings of wheelchairs and other mobility equipment. This is an office based role, but would equally suit an ex-engineer, or a previously office based service advisor.

You will be responsible for a variety of roles, including:

- Helping customers with sourcing of replacement parts and service requirements.
- Working alongside our Service Engineers to provide a professional and friendly service
- Booking service appointments, providing quotations for customers and taking payments.
- Liaising with clients and processing their orders and queries including receiving payments, record receipts for services and contacting clients for balance payments
- Maintain and grow our business to business service contracts.
- Support the Mission, Vision and core values of the company

Good understanding of basic computer skills are required, as well as good english skills and the ability to multi task.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an office/sales/service environment will be preferred however good communication and computer proficiency are most important
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable, punctual and available for full time, permanent work.
- Some engineering/technical knowledge would be ideal, but we are happy to support you with learning.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary from £21,000.00 per year
