Agile Coach - Lean Portfolio Management Coach

Location - London, Canary Wharf - Combination on site & remote working - 5-6 days per month depending on project

Duration - 6 months

£659 p/d umbrella

Must haves:

- Someone that can set up a Lean Portfolio Management Community of Practise
- Potentially be dual rolled, 1) supporting on Agile principles and competencies 2) Design the LPM Coaching Blueprint
- Must be experienced in Lean Portfolio Management (cannot be trained on the job)
- SPC or SAFe certified
- Experience at a large scale using Agile methods involving Scrum
Key responsibilities:

- Mentor teams on Agile approaches to estimation, planning and story mapping
- Build a high-performing and motivated team at programme and portfolio level
- Facilitating Scrum meetings such as Scrum of Scrums, Multiple Team Planning and Retrospectives
- Act as a guide and mentor to Scrum Masters
- Evaluate the level of maturity of the Agile team and highlights opportunities for improvement
- Install visual management on the programme/Portfolio board and set up team and product KPIs
- Evaluate the level of maturity of Agile teams and highlights opportunities for improvement.
- Establishing and implementing effective communication to the variety of stakeholders, client, delivery team and 3rd parties
- Management of quality assurance and quality control aspects related to the Programme project
