We are now recruiting for an Enterprise Architect.

The purpose of this department will be leveraging a formal product catalogue across our systems, whilst recognising the constraints imposed upon Focus as a reseller. This role will ensure that the technical architecture across all components (Salesforce,ServiceNow, 3rd APIs/systems and legacy bespoke systems) effectively supports the target business processes at all stages of the transformation.

Main duties of this role are:

- Define and deliver a technology roadmap for Focus Group, integrating Salesforce and ServiceNow with other core systems, leveraging technologies such as Mulesoft as appropriate
- Support prioritisation, commercial and phasing decisions alongside transformation programme manager and business stakeholders
- Participate in detailed design sessions with inhouse and external development resource as needed
- Assess options to support the migration of additional customer bases, acquired businesses and their products onto the core platforms
- Identify ways to maximise the value gained from Focus technology investments through providing solutions for stakeholders in Sales and Operations (in particular)
