**Senior Architect - Integration/Enterprise/ Salesforce - Permanent - Hybrid Working - Shoreham-by-Sea - Up to £110k Salary**

**Job Purpose**

Our client, a reputable and innovative IT & Telecommunications Services company is in the initial stages of a transformation programme which is expected to deliver operational efficiencies, increased scalability, and improved customer engagement, based uponthe effective implementation of new systems including Salesforce. The transformation spans all aspects of the lead to cash journey, including marketing, sales, fulfilment, commissions, billing etc.

This role will ensure that the technical architecture across all components (Salesforce, ServiceNow, 3rd APIs/systems and Legacy bespoke systems) effectively supports the target business processes at all stages of the transformation.

**Essential Skills**
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience of at least one of Salesforce and ServiceNow ideally.
- Prior experience working as an Enterprise/Solutions architect leading the creation of a new landscape.
- Broad experience and capability across IT disciplines and technologies - roadmap will be required to consider user authentication, integration technologies, business reporting etc. in addition to core customer supporting systems.
- The ability to present to C-suite audiences in a succinct and action-oriented manner.
- An appreciation of technical and commercial trade-offs essential to implementing a transformation within a rapidly growing business.

**Desired Skills**
- Prior experience integrating Salesforce into a bespoke and immature technology landscape
- Prior experience implementing a product catalogue and associated processes into a business that doesn't have one today
- Experience in telecom and IT sectors
- Experience in billing systems
- Prior experience as a software developer
