Nonstop Consulting have partnered with a Local Authority based in a beautiful area in the North west of the UK, to appoint an Inspiring, dedicated **Qualified Social Worker**to work in a **Duty and Assessment Team.**
**Very Flexible for remote working offering a nice home life balance**
**Pay is £38PH**a good rate for a mostly remote role saving you money travelling to the office in petrol meaning more money in your pocket.
**Responsibilities**:
Safeguard children including those at significant risk of harm, assess and manage risk and undertaken critical
decision making including taking professional responsibility for decision making.
Manage a caseload, exercising complex decision making in line with professional criteria and making sure that case
work is appropriately planned, critically evaluated and reviewed.
Contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments, chairing and leading meetings when required and participate in
planning meetings and reviews, demonstrating and promoting information sharing within/between organisations.
Have a willingness and ability to travel throughout the borough.
To carry out statutory duties as required by legislation and guidance.
2 year post qualifying experience is essential.
