**Job summary**:

- Through the Tropical Important Plant Areas (TIPAs) programme, a key initiative within Kew’s ambitious, we are working with our network of partners in tropical countries to identify critical sites for plant diversity and to promote their conservation and sustainable management.**Job description**:

- This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the TIPAs programme by helping to co-ordinate the range of current activities and projects, build existing and new collaborations with key stakeholders, and disseminate information and conservation successes arising from the portfolio of TIPAs projects.**Person specification**:
Effective communication with people from a range of backgrounds and nationalities is essential, including the ability to establish strong working relationships, communicate with clarity and confidence and establish influence with all programme stakeholders.
