This is an exciting opportunity to join the Suspicious Activity Reporting Unit (SAR), where you’ll provide administrative support to the delivery of key department activities within Financial Crime Intelligence & Investigations Unit and contribute to the execution of the Financial Crime Resilience and Monitoring team deliverables.

You’ll ensure all reports are set up and will also contribute to the controls function of the team. You’ll be providing assistance and support to the team to ensure adherence to relevant frameworks, policies and procedures. This is a fantastic chance to develop a career within Financial Crime

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Ensuring all Suspicious Activity Reports are set up within SLA and carrying out certain control & monitoring functions to ensure risk is managed
- Progressing specific actions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g. conduct risk, operational risk, credit risk etc.)
- Supporting an environment that shows effective internal control systems, by assisting with defining and maintaining relevant team procedures and processes in line with standards, roles, and responsibilities
- Contributing to the ongoing success of the team through effective team working seeking efficiency and working smarter
- Supporting the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance

**What you’ll bring.**
- Industry or relevant financial crime experience or can evidence an understanding of the industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, specifically Excel

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across the function and relevant business area
- Strong interpersonal skills -persuades and influences others to achieve own deliverables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
