The ProSpa Brand was born from over 20 years' experience in the beauty industry. ProSpa provides luxury professional products to salons, beauty academies and individual customers. We provide everything from professional kits to lip oils and lashes. We are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor to join our expanding team as the brand goes from strength to strength. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while working as part of an inspiring team within a growing brand.

**What You Will Do**
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer queries
- Be involved in the complete customer experience from orders to dispatch
- Understand the business and maintain and promote our brand reputation
- Use knowledge of the products to advise and promote to customers
- Highlight promotional offers
- Take orders and pack products
- Be involved in the dispatch of orders
- Work within a team to meet order requirements
- Oversee deliveries
- Complete regular stock checks
- To attend and execute the start to finish of everything required for 5-6 exhibitions a year for the brand
- Ensure the work area is kept clear and well presented

- Hours
- 9.30am
- 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary
- £10,400 per year
- Location: Paddock Wood

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10,400.00 per year
